Next Delivery Dates

Lower Mainland (excluding Chilliwack and Abbotsford): Cutoff is Wednesday at 8am for next week deliveries.

Routes are finalized on Friday for Lower Mainland and a delivery date can be provided on or after that day.

Please reach out to foodstore@uprootfood.ca for your delivery date.

Lower Mainland 

Our deliveries are typically between the hours of 1pm-9pm. You will receive a notice on the day of the delivery via text. If a tracking number is provided you may track your order here:

As we are unable to redeliver the order or take it back, the order will be left on your front doorstep if no one is home. As the order is frozen it is important that someone receives the package right away and gets it into the freezer to ensure the best experience possible. If you are not home during the delivery time we recommend leaving a cooler to extend the time before the order thaws.   

Unfulfilled Deliveries

Any unfulfilled deliveries will be 100% refunded.
